Great location and Nice stay
Good location close to downtown. Quiet. Very friendly and very helpful office staff. Felt very safe. Rooms are a bit tired but clean including the bathroom. Did not use pool or hot tub but both were spotless and inviting.

The outside appearance is deceiving, looks a little old and run down but inside our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Mineral pool a bit old but clean & tidy, spa was outside did not try it nor the main outside pool. Arrived after cyclone went through, TV aerial was not working, owner went out and bought inside ‘rabbit ears’ which worked a charm. Only negative was construction site opposite so no parking out front.

Conveniently placed for access to local sites but it’s a very tired hotel that is desperately in need of an upgrade. It was clean enough to be fair, but drab and not very comfortable. We spent most of the days out of the place so it wasn’t a disaster, but not a great place to return to afterwards.

Fridge was turned off behind it had pull out turn on then over heated thought might burn kitchen had call office he did give us a spare rooms fridge use but huge hasle walk there when wanted anything no sorry or any type refund so would deff not recommend to anyone

Super friendly staff. The property is ageing and could do with some renovations and maintenance. All facilities were awesome. Great location, close to the lake and short walk to Eat Street. Although we didnt use the mineral pool, we still enjoyed the spa and heated swimming pool. Would surely be back
