I came from America to stay for four nights to finish my work her in Istanbul. I like the customer service especially when you deal with a person like Mr Nurel. He is very helpful and will not leave without meeting your needs. He will make you happy in all cases. I recommend this hotel especially the location is very good and easy to access to Grand Bazaar or Egyptian Market.

All was ok until yesterday!I had problem with taxi driver,he didn’t arrive on time I did email to the company I booked.The driver went to hotel and hotel staff said to him that I was problematic Person!Hah!If you request your rights mean you are problematic?My right was to safe my kid from cold room,I asked them to put heater on but heater was broken,1night we slept in cold room.

I booked four rooms for my family reunion for seven days and I am very happy with the hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was nice talking with them. The location is great and located near the grand bazar and metro station. The amenities are great, specially that you can use the Turkish hamam for free. The pool looked clean too. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. My two main concerns were 1) one of our rooms had sewer smell. The staff tried to fix it but they couldn't. I learned that it is more Istanbul sewer system problem not the hotel. 2) one of our other rooms had AC problems and it wasn't fixed.

I stayed in room 1506. It was an unusually stuffy room and we had to leave the window open to cool the room down. We informed the front desk but they did not help turn on the AC. The rain shower feature didn’t work in the shower and we had to take a bath instead, which was very inconvenient. We informed the front desk but they did not fix this. Lastly the WiFi did not work, it only directed us to the login page but we could not advance the registration page further to actually connect. It was an overall disappointing hotel.

This property is in a good location and easy walking to the port area for ferries etc. Local trams are also only a short walk. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any requests asked. The front of the hotel looks over a local mosque and so a call to prayer is heard several times a day including an early morning call !!. Breakfast is substantial with a cooked egg offer as well as plenty of cold meats and cheese
