One of my worst hotel experiences, in terms of service and honestly in what you are getting.
In my hurry at the airport after my flight was cancelled I booked with breakfast, but was
I booked the xxl family room with couch and it was not that. Two separate small rooms with lots of lost corridor space. The rooms were not even connected but there was an additional door in the regular hallway to you could close off that part of the hallway between the separate rooms. But the space was unusable. So I paid double for the one small room I could actually use.
Few amenities. No coffee or the usual, just some water. Not even tissues, had to use toilet paper for a runny nose.
The only solution the front desk suggested was to not accept me and have me contact hotels.com for a refund based on refusing to give me a room. This is at midnight on a Sunday with a child.
