For the price we paid we had no complaints the manager was amazing and so helpful. Location was great and parking was included

We had a very pleasant stay here! Room was very clean and tidy, beds very comfy with new clean sheets and the manager/owner went out of his way to help us with our bags to and from the car. Will definitely stay here again!

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. He carried the bags from our car to the room. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. The bathroom was also very clean. Good parking.

No on site parking, paid and free parking a short walk away. No breakfast. Respectful and friendly host. Room small but economical and everything you need. Daily cleaning and replaced tea/coffee. Would stay again. Many thanks.

Excellent value for money, including on site parking in a great location.
Great service provided by the friendly proprietor, clean, comfortable room with an good ensuite.

Amazing stay at the Valdene. The member of staff (I can’t remember his name) couldn’t have done enough for us or any other guests at the hotel, went out his way to be as helpful and accommodating. Pre ordered breakfast one morning for only £14 for two of us, food and service was once again amazing.
Only niggle is I was a little too tall for the beds however, still slept well.

Lovely welcome. Owner very friendly & helpful. Clean hotel. A few things could possibly do with a makeover or touch up ie carpet on stairs a bit worn but didn’t impact stay. The WiFi/signal was rubbish. However, I don’t go on hols to be on my phone constantly and it wouldn’t stop me going back.
