I booked the stay for a family member and their stay was excellent. I had some special requests and they were promptly taken care of before the family member checked into the Hotel. The staff is very helpful is will go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The hotel location is very good and we could visit the iskon temple easily. We were upgraded to a suite and that was a bonus. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the staff were very helpful

Very nice hotel. I stayed on the Club level and so enjoyed a few more amenities than would be standard. I especially appreciated the service by staff in the Club lounge.

Poor
Although i have already reviewed the property on Trip Advisor during my stay at the property, some do not seem to learn by their mistakes. They seem to repeat the same mistakes even after strong resentment and bringing shortcomings to highlight. Well! The staff seems to defy all norms of F&B industry. This would beg to ask the question whether they are employing untrained staff who misbehave and argue with guests. I am also writing to the CEO of Sheraton group of this misadventure. By charging guests in access of booking amount at time of check in is not acceptable and amounts to extortion. The senior staff including Mr Sujeet Kumar were not courteous enough to address the issue there and then. I do not recommend this property at all.
