Location is good. Rooms was clean but dated. Everyday cleaning. LOTS of staff but not very helpful, borderline rude: - Safety locker did not work and when I requested someone to come look at it I was told that I need to stay in my room to wait for someone to arrive in the next few hours - essentially making their problem mine. (If cleaners can go in without me present, why do locker service personell demand that I be there?). The locker was never fixed - The hotel information says check-out is att 11 am but "complementary" at 12 am. When I pointed the inconsistency out by message the answer was "You question is what?". Simply if the check-out is 11 or 12. I was never able to find out.
