staff refuse upgrade and do not recognize gold status, safter booking three guests at hotel they were completetely inflexible. If you need to be nickle and dimed this is your best bet to have your time wasted. Paid for breakfasts and the restaurant buffet was closed.

We loved everything about the hotel except that now for the pandemic some amenities are not open. The service and the staff are great. The hotel is renovated and it is very good located. I love this place
