Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure area to leave bags if check in/out times don’t match with your transport. Walkable to Southwark and blackfriars underground stations (5 minutes) and Waterloo (10-15 minutes) and to lots of the sights. Would stay again

The hotel is a bit rundown. One life was out of service and our card didn’t work on the stairs. Our room wasn’t cleaned despite us asking - we stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good - lots of options.

Comfortable room and beds. No fridge. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. It has all hot options available but you want to arrive early so you get fresh food. Some better fruit options would be good too. Good location. 15 min walk to Borough Markets, 30 min to Tower Bridge. Overall a good stay.

Good location to move around London. The room was clean and comfortable for a two night stay. However there was a nasty and unbearable smell coming from the toilet, the WI-FI was basically absent and they provide us with only one set of towels for two people. We asked for another one which never arrived.

Meget lille udvalg morgenmad og de var altid løbet tør for noget. Generelt koldt i den lille restaurant. Der var ikke meget plads. Havde efterspurgt værelse med karbad men fik det ikke. Vi manglede service på værelset til os alle. Der mangler skab til opbevaring af tøj. Ingen rigtig reception til at tage imod gæster eller give information. Kedeligt hotel

La habitación con camas comodisimas, y muy silenciosa. El baño perfectamente equipado y el agua salía calentita nada mas encenderla. Había un tocador fuera del baño que fue muy útil para que se arreglaran mis hijas sin monopolizar el baño 😅. El desayuno estupendísimo y completo. El hotel está situado en una zona perfecta para recorrer Londres centro a pie. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
