The location is wonderful, very near the Metro and the surface railway. The hotel gives an incredible value for a very convenient price. The staff has coordination problems. It was almost imposssible to receive a bottle of water in my room.

A cama rangia muito: ao sentar, deitar, virar na cama; a descarga dos outros quartos faz muito barulho, a noite acordei várias vezes com alguém utilizando e fazendo muito barulho na encanação. Tirando essa questão do barulho da cama e da descarga a noite que atrapalhou meu sono no demais não tenho o que reclamar, funcionários todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, o café da manhã também muito bem servido e a localização do hotel é muito boa, uma pena ser tão perigoso na região em volta.
