Warning — Strongly Recommend Avoiding This Property
Our experience was extremely poor due to mismanagement by the company operating these units. From arrival, our reservation could not be found, causing lengthy delays. We were moved between buildings and observed multiple guests being repeatedly relocated, creating a chaotic and frustrating environment.
After finally being placed in the correct two-bedroom ocean-view unit, we were assured we would not be moved. Despite this, we received a late-night message informing us we would be relocated the following day. Management was difficult to reach, and we refused requests to have our luggage moved without our presence.
When reassigned, we were told our reserved unit was unavailable and were offered accommodations that did not match what we paid for, including units without an ocean view and inappropriate bedding. Repeated delays, misinformation, and unmet commitments continued throughout our stay.
While the location itself is appealing and some units may be acceptable, the rental company’s operational failures significantly diminish the experience.
Hotels.com customer service was helpful, but the underlying issue lies with the property manager. In the future, I recommend booking through other options where hosts are more accountable and reviews are more transparent.
