Family Wedding
We were on the island for a family wedding and a number of us stayed at the same resort which was perfect for our needs. This location allowed us close proximity to the wedding venue which was remote. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitley return

Breathtaking!
The resort was beautiful, peaceful and almost everything I had hoped it would be. If I were to have any complaints it would be that they advertised on property amenities such as restaurant and entertainment. Once we checked in we were informed that due to covid, they no longer offered those amenities. Although town, with plenty of dinning was very close by and we spent most of our stay enjoying pre-planned activities off site, this information should should be be divulged as it seems a bit deceitful not to. The resort and the amenities that it still offers would still sell itself as was apparent by the fact that it was fully occupied thought out full week stay. For what Paradise Bay does offer, the hospitality and friendly atmosphere, I would most certainly stay again. I will also give it the highest recommendation to whoever is looking a real Hawaiian experience away from the commercial draw of Waikiki.

Smelly bathroom.
This is a tired property which has had a coat of paint. There is a problem with the sewage. This was reported to staff. Help was promised. Housekeeping was requested TWICE. No housekeeping. This was reported. Apologies given and promise to waive Resort fees and parking charges. Fees still charged to credit card. E mail to property about this. No reply. The Web page shows food facilities. There is a coffee pot and some bags of chips. Misleading. If you like climbing stairs, this is for you.

Bad!
Squeaky floors, window units, small bedroom and no decorations was horrible. Employees did have some nice looking uniforms! Having to request room cleaning 24-hours in advance or ridiculous. Neighborhood was in shambles. Would never stay there again.
