This residence is located in an area with a lot of people in different ethnical background. The property is highly secured with easy access to buses and subways. We put our luggages in the office before check in and after check out. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Syntagma square, 15 minutes to Monastiraki square and 25 minutes to the Lycabettus Hill Cable Car. I recommend this property for travellers visiting Athens since it is very conveniently located.

Enjoyed our stay. We needed something last minute and were able to come across this hotel. The area it’s in had a few little mom and pop shops, however if you walk maybe 5-6min you will run into all the major stores no need for uber or taxi. Security as far as getting in and out the building was nice and safe. Our only dislike about this property is I booked for 3 people however the 2nd couch bed didn’t come with any blankets and when we asked they said we would be charged.

Despite the location, which is quite lively and not the nicest area, the apartment itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-equipped. Love this place! ❤️ New, modern, clean, has everything you need. In the center of Athens, short walk to most things. (Took a taxi from the airport to the accommodation, very easy, around 60 € in the evening ) Communication with the owners was very good and clear😊 Warmly recommended❤️ The only minus was that it was a bit noisy neighborhood, but with earplugs it's fine🙏

Our apartment at Ela 5 was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed for a family holiday. It was conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from Omonia metro station making it easy to access tourist attractions like the Acropolis and Athens International Airport. Very nice property in very nice location. Walking distance of Akropolis,, ancient agora. Nice touches from host: wine, beer, Coke and water in the fridge; Nespresso machine with pods. Private patio with table and chairs. Very helpful host when we locked ourselves out just before going to the airport. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel room, modern, renovated, clean and spacious! Unfortunately the hotel is located in a bad area - dirty outside and our taxi driver told us it’s not a good area and we shouldn’t walk on the streets by night. For girls/women traveling alone, I would not recommend it, even if the hotel itself is super nice!

Devo dire esperienza molto positiva. La struttura è molto bella, ristrutturata, con tutti i comfort possibili nel centro di Atene. Unica nota negativa è la zona dove si trova che secondo me andrebbe un po’ riqualificata. La sera non si esce tanto sicuri. Perlomeno non ti dà quella sensazione.

Très belle résidence toute neuve, proche de la station métro Omonia, donc pratique pour se déplacer en ville et depuis/vers l'aéroport. Appartement neuf, très propre, cuisine simple suffisante pour préparer un petit déjeuner, mais le café de la résidence a ouvert en bas et est pratique aussi! Des tavernes facilement accessibles à pied notamment aux Halles. Arrivées et départs autonomes, mais le patron est là en cas de problème ou question. Le seul point à signaler est le fait que cet hébergement est en plein quartier "Little India", ce qui ne donne pas l'impression d'être en Grèce, mais pas de sentiment d'insécurité ressenti.
