Great hotel
Great clean comfy hotel. Only downside was loud music from street till the wee hours. Great location.

Strict adherence to the 3 o’clock check in....but they stored our bags as we arrived early. Advertised satellite tv but no English info pamphlet all in Spanish...not so helpful for gringos! Lovely location and spotlessly clean...good value for a budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Relaxing quiet room
When we checked in, we were put in a room with double beds. When I spoke with a Antonia, I believe she was a reservation agent. She was able to put us in a wonderful room that superseded our expectations. It was the most comfortable room. I was a bit disappointed that there were no windows or view to that room, but that’s what made it so quiet and dark. I rested so much. Their breakfast was delicious and we had Eduardo help us with our luggage, he went above & beyond helping us move into our new room. He offered to bring ice and made sure we were all set and comfortable. Best experience yet. Thank you

Noisy location
Noisy location with local cart taxis going by playing loud music until early morning made for disrupted sleep. Bed less than comfortable. But room was clean, service quick and friendly. Nice pools and convenient to restaurants, etc.

Poor 2.0
Crouded, deficient service
They made us wait an hour to finally check-in. Every time we needed anything, front desk was crouded and couldn’t help us. It had a bad service and a lot of noise while sleeping.

In general it was ok, just we got two towels for a two bed room, so 2 towels for 4 people... When we asked two more towels it was too late and front desk people did not have access to additional towels :(
