O hotel não faz limpeza diária dos quartos e não avisa previamente as hóspedes. Não tem serviço de quarto. Fiquei sem toalha me deram uma de Puscina, pois se vc quiser outra normal tem que pagar o kit. Café da manhã continental, bem básico. Vc faz o check out, deixa as chaves e depois te mandam mensagem cobrando as chaves, que vc entregou, ou uma cobrança de R$100,00. Total desorganização.
