Remodel Please
Hotel is old and in need of a remodel. Room is not set-up very functionally. Everything is worn and old looking. Great location, but otherwise - just so,so! Would not stay here again! Value price relationship is off - too expensive for what you get!

My expectations of the Hyatt are of a premium facility worthy of their premium pricing. And I would have to say our two-bedroom suite in this facility did not measure up. First and foremost, the beds were some of the worst imaginable, impossible to sleep on. The lack of insulation was a close second, with maids vacuuming the hallway sounding like they were inside the unit. Exit doors in the nearby lobby much less the adjoining room doors were easily noticeable. We were disappointed but accepted that we had no view, just “bad luck”; but not so much the patio with last Fall’s leaves piled in the corner, and chairs covered in dirt. As for amenities, there was the free first pot of coffee; but with no filters and a coffee machine filled with the dregs of the last resident we didn’t partake. With no daily maid service (other than vacuuming the hallway I guess) you don’t get what you pay for. At least we didn’t pay for the $4 refills. One would think the hundreds of dollars charged for the room could cover that. But I guess I expect too much.
