This place was just a bed for our heads, definitely not a hotel, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were safe, the bed were comfy but creaky and the bathroom has clean but there was hair in the toilet and on the walls.. gross. If you just need a one night quick stay this place does the trip, good location to the theaters.

It was very nice. Very clean. A good breakfast was available with no extra cost. The price of our room was very reasonable.

Upon check-in I was immediately impressed by the ownership and appreciated the chance to meet with them directly. I was offered an upgrade at no charge. The breakfast spread had everything I could have wanted. The housekeeping came at an attentive rate. Very pleased overall.

Fresh waffles and a nice variety of coffee & tea. Front Manager very nice and accommodating. For the hotel to be off the main St, it was very quiet & no parking issues.

Minimal breakfast items, very basic. Staff is friendly. Sheets clean but bed was not comfortable at all; no good sleep. Room was SO noisy - felt as though windows or door were open because you can hear absolutely everything outside. Bathroom was very clean, including towels (just a big threadbare). Lots of built up dust on floors around edges of the room and furniture legs.

The king bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The air conditioning was good and quiet. The breakfast had a fair number of choices, incuding waffels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bananas and cuties. The one oddity was that there were no towel racks in the bathroom.

This is a no frills motel. The air conditioner was noisy. The breakfast offerings were spare. There is no full length mirror. Housekeeping only came after two days. But it is convenient to the festival (an easy walk) and low cost.

They offer breakfast, which is uncommon in this type or hotels, and it is nice and easy to self serve. The new shower is the top top.. Amazing...

This is an older property that could use some basic maintenance; otherwise, it was pretty clean and a safe place to spend the night.

They charge you an extra $150 on top of paying for the room for a deposit that they say they give back. They charge an extra $20 per person after the first person. They also have a paper in the room that says if you have visitors after 6 pm they charge you $250 per person. And they guys who checked us in was very rude.

The staff member berated me as soon as I gave my name for not checking my emails. I explained I had been driving and he continued to lecture. When I entered the room it was dirty, all electrical covers were loose and missing screws, and there was no soap or towels. Because of the initial encounter I did not feel comfortable ringing the front desk for any assistance. I also thought the vinyl lettering on the toilet “Flush the damn toilet” seemed aggressive and set the tone for the expectations of the stay. The phone had a layer of dust and every light switch was grimy. There was also an entire socket hanging from the wall by just the wires. I looked at the reviews prior to booking and can’t see how any of them could have been true. It was such a departure from my stay.

An okay experience but overall lacking. Check in took a bit as there was no one at the desk for a bit and when they arrived, they were not highly friendly. The room was okay and as promised with the number of beds and while the sleep was comfortable, overall the room was subpar with street noise quite evident through the experience. The TV did not work and the large gap on the top of the door to the bathroom was interesting. They did provide a welcome gift for the visit, which was nice. Overall, what I would expect from a motel type location but the cost of the room against what was received was subpar, in my opinion.

No heat in room but manager fixed that. TV remote didn’t work but manager came in again and fixed that. Key to room did not work. Manager was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet pictures were deceiving, it was o.k. but not as pictured.

Worst motel experience we’ve ever had. Don’t be fooled they DO NOT offer a continental breakfast, they give you a capri sun, a yogurt and a uncrustable. Room had zero TP, 3 mins of hot water, ants all over, floor wasn’t swept. Half the rooms face a busy street about 10’ from your front door and it keeps you up. They charged me for something after we left, no idea what it was and apparently after reading the reviews they do this all the time. They recently changed their name and I suspect this is because the prior name had a terrible reputation. Scummy place, dirty, not worth the discounted price we paid. We’ve stayed at 4 places in cedar city and this was simply an embarrassment. Also don’t bother complaining they will argue with you about everything. We never ever complain, we’re simple ppl but this was unbelievably bad.
