I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Simplesmente um Hotel incrível!
Simplesmente foi uma incrível experiência. Do pessoal da recepção, do pessoal do café da manhã, até o rapaz do bar brahm. Muito educação e atenção conosco. O hotel é muito aconchegante. Sem contar, que fica a 150 metros do burburinho da cidade.

Hotel muito bom, gostei de tudo!
Hotel muito bom, confortável, roupas de cama e toalha novas, hotel em excelentes condições (exceto elevador antigo) e limpeza impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nas demais áreas. As fotos são exatamente o que é o hotel, muito aconchegante, perto do centro, apropriado para fazer tudo a pé. Fiquei em um quarto com varanda e foi muito agradável. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Café da manhã com muita variedade e fartura e mesmo às 11h (que é quando termina) ainda tinha muita coisa (diferente de muitos hotéis). Os pontos negativos são: o processo de check-in/out precisa ser mais ágil e a piscina estava suja (embora seja inverno, precisava ter uma melhor aparência). Eu gostei muitíssimo do hotel e recomendo!
