    Moose Jaw stay

    It was a nice hotel. The staff were very friendly. I arrived to the hotel late. The hot tub and pool area were closed but when I asked them if I could use their hot tub, they opened up the area for me. It was awesome they did that for me especially after driving for a long time. My room was clean too but could use some work.

    The hotel management made no attempt to clear snow in the parking lot. Had to shovel my way to my room. Had exposed bare wires hanging out of the wall where a light used to be. No breakfast provided in the the morning. It was still advertised on the website. Other hotels have been doing a prepared bagged breakfast for guests instead of a breakfast in the lobby.

    The fridge in our first room was unplugged and moldy. The second room we were moved to has something caked all over the light switch, the lamp flickered on and off, and the shower we decided to avoid. The rooms were not in great condition.

    The management cares nothing for the satisfaction of their guest. They only care about making money. They are rude and unwilling to listen to and understand a basic complaint. As long as they have their money for the room, that is the end of their interest in you. I would never even consider booking this motel again.

    DO NOT waste your money on this hotel. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom which were see through. Only 2 pillows on the bed which was soft but you sank to the middle of the bed. Terrible quality. The bathroom had a clean/sanitized tape that went across the toilet however, there was still urine in the toilet when I went to lift up the lid. So it CLEARLY was not cleaned. The shower curtain was gross and had a spider on it. Ewww. It was truly one of those hotel rooms you see in a horror movie. Gross. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

    The rooms need some work. The sheets had rips on them. The shower was horrible. It looks like they tried to fix it with black tape. The water went everywhere but on me. For the price i paid, I won't stay there again
