What a shame !!!
As advertised. Check-in from 14:00. I arrived at 14:00. Sorry rooms not ready. We had late check out.... Really ? What a shame. I ask to speak to a manager. A bad atittude ahead. Very bad feeling. After 1 hour i went up and ask the housekeeping and she told me the room is ready! I went down told the reception and she said oh you talked to the maid ? Room is very basic. Small screen tv. The pool is very small and dirty. After that i went down to speak to the manager. A lady that sits at the reception told shes the manager. Very bad atittude. Unpolite. I ask something for all this issues. She refused. I told her i would like to get breakfast in the next morning to feel better. She told me she dont know she need to check it out and she will let me know. Gueess what ? She never return me any answer. Next day i came ask her about it and she said.... Now its 12:30 and the breakfast until 12:00 so im sorry its not possible........ What??? Can you believe that ??? Listen folks. If you will have any problem you are on your own. Very bad and rude managment. No one to talk to. And a manager that lie to you in your face! Why do you need that ?? I cant understand all the reviews only because its close to nana ?? Get yourself a big big favour. STAY AWAY ! GO TO A BETTER PLACE !

Bangkok stopover
Nice hotel just down Soi 4 off Sukhumvit. About 10 minute walk from Nana BTS. Pleasant lobby and reception. Very friendly staff. Straightforward check in although they did ask for 1000 baht deposit at the time that I wasn't aware of. No problem getting deposit back at end of stay. Decent sized bathroom although I'd prefer large shampoo / body wash bottles instead of the sachets and soap. Nice swimming pool with wonderful views of the Bangkok sky line. Good little street food vendor next to entrance. Room was a good size although felt a little plain. Wifi was OK. Not a bad place to stay.

Better than the average
A typical hotel in this category. They're a dime a dozen in the Sukhumvit area. This one however is slightly better than the norm. This one had a comfortable mattress (a rarity), good shower with good water pressure, and clean rooms. The bad was that the staff is un-interested and dry, and the A/C is very loud and useless. Also, don't waste your time with the upgraded room that has the bath and shower... the bath is very tiny and not suitable for a western body, and the room is not considerably bigger. Also, you are better off not choosing the breakfast, it is nothing special and there are lots of restaurants and pubs in the area that make a much better breakfast. Also, avoid the cab/tuktuk drivers waiting outside, as well as the hotel's expensive contacts. Bangkok now has Uber, so use it instead of getting cheated. But like I said, overall, this place is better than the average at this price range in Sukhumvit and I would stay again.

Unexpectedly Wonderful Hotel
I travel to Thailand a couple times a year and had seen this hotel advertised but I had never used it before. I took the plunge and boy was that a great idea. I know exactly where I'll be staying whenever I go to Bangkok!! The hotel is surprisingly luxuriant and the hotel staff was genuinely very friendly and extremely helpful. They even checked up on me a few times to make sure I was okay and having a nice stay. With this hotel you definitely get more than what you pay for; which I was extremely grateful for. Great hotel, warmhearted staff, and awesome room for a bargain price. You can't beat this place!!!

Awesome stay at the hotel.
Check in at front desk is fast, hassle free, friendly and the attentive staff even noticed my birthday and wished me a great stay at their hotel on my birthday. The hotel room is cozy, spacious, comfortable and value for money. Pictures attached are of the non-smoking room which I had opted for. They also have a smoking room. Please be aware that the hotel is in the red light district. Not recommended for families with kids or the elderly unless that's what the family is looking for. But I do like this area as it has a lot of options for food, entertainment, shopping (terminal 21 is about a 15 mins walk from the hotel) etc.
