Tropics is very good choice for anyone the personal is very help full , and pool is extraordinarily big one is rather warm the other is good temp for cooling down on a hot day, room very big. This place is probably the best for a family with young kids Definitely recommended

Central location to the McArthur Landing memorial and the grounds are well maintained. Staff speaks English very well and are all very helpful and attentive. My only complaints are that the shower didn’t drain properly and the calamari was overly cooked. Other than that, we would absolutely return.

This is a great place for day pass and overnight weekend staycations. Feels like all is designed for you to stay outside of your room. The lap pool, the jacuzzi and the wanna be beach pool are great. The huts around them are super comfy and great to lounge. The gym is okay. It's just small. The Oasis bar is so convenient but the menu isn't that original. Try their oasis maki. The room is spacious but poorly furnished. There is just 1 chair and no wardrobe. Just a steel structure to hang a few clothes. The toiletries aren't totally environmentally friendly if you care about that. They still leave small tubes of shampoo and soap instead of refillable ones. They're generous with the complimentary drinking water. The bed is comfortable and smells good. The housekeeping takes long to come fix the room. They came in as late as 5pm. The breakfast is standard, no much variety, and for the booking price it could be way better. The restaurant staff takes long to redo the tables after guests leave. Big chances of sitting at a dirty table until they come in. You also have to frequently remind them about dishes that need replenishing or else you won't enjoy some of the dishes. On weekends they have more entertainment. The fire dance is lit. The live music is enjoyable. The weekend dinner buffet is not worth it. It is very similar to a karenderya buffet. You're better at the bar. Or at the a la carte menu. The best of the place is their staff. Incredible hospitality. Really well trained.

This is a great place to stay in the Tacloban/Palo area. Easily the most comfortable and friendly hotel in the area. Exceptional facilities (2 great pools, 3 restaurants, outdoor bar), spaciopous grounds, attentive and friendly staff, I have nothing negative to say about this establishment.

Vi har bott här i fyra olika bokningar och totalt 10 dagar så då kan man inte annat än vara positiv till boendet men det finns förbättringspotential speciellt i restaurangen alla ordrar tar jättelång tid men personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolerna är jätte trevliga Vi reste bara som ett par men vi såg många barnfamiljer och dom har en bra vistelse Rekommenderas starkt

Fikk ikke havsutsikt fra rommet i første etasje. Jeg liker å gå på balkongen og ta et glass vin og nyte en god tobakk om kvelden. Det var derfor en stor nedtur at det ikke var informert før jeg bestilte at røyking kun var tillatt på avgrensa områder. Personellet var hyggelige, og også oppmerksomme, noe som kan være en sjeldenhet enkelte steder. Jeg savnet egg og bacon i frokostbufféen.
