The food is over priced for what it is. Had fish and chips where the batter was soggy along with the chips. Then had the melting chocolate pudding which was over cooked as was the garlic bread. You know even the staff know it’s bad when they fail to ask you how the food is. The cocktail was nice at least.

Not worth the money
When I book I did said have a 4 years old,I payed online,when arrived at hotel,they ask for extra cost for the kid bed. Book a pool Villa end up with a apartment pool ,not a villa ,with stair all around the pool not kid friendly. Have to argue for get a pool Villa. My wife get food poison and stay in bed for the most of it. And for finishing one pair of sunglasses diseapered in the room the time we been to restaurant inside the resort. Honestly not worth the money at all.

My partner and I spent 2 wonderful days at An Lam after returning to HCMC after a 3 day cycling trip through the Mekong Delta. We arrived hot, dusty and a bit sore, but An Lam eased all of this. What a beautiful, peaceful, amazing place! From the moment of arrival, when our personal "butler" Le welcomed us directly to our room and did our check-in procedure there while we rested comfortably, from the time we reluctantly left after Le arranged our taxi to the airport, we relaxed in the luxurious surroundings. The personal plunge pool immediately outside the door to our room helped us stay cool and comfortable, the pillowy bed helped us sleep soundly, and the restaurant amply satisfied us. I hope to be back at An Lam some day, preferably soon.
