Even the bates motel had staff. This place has so much potential. The biggest issue is no one works here. There was one woman who cleaned the rooms in the morning who was very friendly. But there was no one on site at all. This place really needs staff. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t go into it. No ice in the ice machine. But if there was staff in I’m sure these things would have been fixed. They did a great job on the common areas. The rooms need a little help though. Ours smelt like wet dog although the room was very clean. It was a decent stay however for one night. If we were booked longer we would’ve found another place.

Stayed in February for easy access to skiing at Mount Snow. Hideaway Inn is 2 minutes from Mount Snow and a confortable place to stay. Basic accomodations in winter but you have everything you need in a room. Beverages in common area and helpfull staff. Very pleasant check in and check out. Overall, great experience and will stay again.

Beautifully modernized Inn. Well maintained and very clean. The entire check in/out process was smooth, hot tub was easy to use, and the room was impeccable. 100% recommend to anyone. For the skiers/boarders, they even have a whole room with boot dryers, no more resorting to hair dryers!

Room was clean, lounge bathroom was filthy. Beautiful pool but strewn with leaves and pool vacuum, trash strewn near the patio, shower ran out of water pressure, but returned later. They don't make it clear but this is a self check-in motel. Instructions are contradictory and you will end up speaking with India to get your door code. Make sure your cell phone is working. We will not return.

Clean rooms, recently renovated. Great location near the mountain. For some reason my room was incredibly hot in the winter, with the mini-split turned off. There was no fan and no way to use the mini-split, which refused to stay on.

Everything was absolutely charming — from the thoughtful details to the inviting atmosphere.
