Bacalar es un pueblo pequeño por lo tanto todo es acesible, el hotel esta ligeramente alejado lo que le da un poco de tranquilidad. Instalaciones nuevas, cama comfortable y cocina disponible para salir del paso. No he probado la piscina pero el rooftop es muy agradable para relajarse. Lo que mas descata es el personal. De recepcion tanto como limpieza son muy amables y serviciales, un placer recibir un trato asi.
