3食+アーユルヴェーダトリートメント+料理教室やミュージックセラピーなどのオプション+お薬+Yogaもついてかなりお得な値段だと思いました。 ただしYogaの先生はわたしの人生で受けたどの先生より最悪でした。日本だったら絶対どこも雇わないでしょレベルの方でそれは残念でした。 部屋は3階建ての3階だったので屋根の格子のところからヤモリやアリなどが色々入ってきて苦手な人はちょっと3階は厳しいかもです。1、2階はちゃんとした天井なので大丈夫。 施術師も良かったしドクターも素晴らしく、何より思っていたアーユルヴェーダ料理より美味しかったです。それぞれのドーシャに合わせた料理で心身共にdetox出来ました。

スタッフはみんなとても親切で、心地よいステイでした。 ただ虫全般、特に蚊は多いので、虫除けスプレーだけでなく、部屋にスプレーするものなどの蚊除けグッズは必須です。。 レイトチェックアウトも出来、深夜便での帰国も問題なしでした！
