Mixed bag but good overall
The room was spacious with plenty of outlets near the bed, which was very comfortable! Perfect location with the bus stop right in front, or walk out the back to take the Waldorf gondola. However there was a yapping dog in the room below us, the housekeeping was not daily, and breakfast was impossible for me as I need to eat free of gluten, sugar, and dairy. My husband ate the breakfast and was sick afterwards. Great service at the front desk and bar!

Friendly; good service; excellent adaptation of breakfast and other challenges to pandemic public health measures. Very easy and fast to get to ski area on free Park City buses. I was on a lift before 9 every morning of a 6 day stay.

Great hotel. Perfect location, very clean and beautiful room. Jacuzzi and heated pool were great. Breakfast was also very decent. and the price because of covid was absolutely unbeatable. I would love to come back, but Im assuming once everyone is traveling again it will be out of my price range.

No such thing as free hotel shuttle
Our stay was great, however, hotels.com mentioned there was a free shuttle. That's very misleading as the hotel does not offer a free shuttle and you actually have to walk to a bus stop to take a bus to the city. Bus schedules are also not very easily found, as the closest stop is not an official stop on the schedule.
