We stayed at Willow hotel 2 weeks after it opened and everything was perfection. The comfortable beds, the tech solutions, the interior design, the tapas restaurant, breakfast and finally the Spa with the view.

It’s a new property with a great bar and restaurant. It was modern and comfortable in a very handy location. Staff were lovely and very helpful as we needed to borrow an iron and ironing board. The breakfast is extensive and of a good quality. It seems there is no housekeeping on a Sunday. Parking was convenient.

Wonderful, newly opened hotel in a fantastic location. I think I had the best sleep in a long time. Convenient with several different restaurant options in the building, and a short stroll to the center of the town. I will definitely come back.

the place is new and nice, the staff doesnt seem to know the right hospitality process and feeling yet. the breakfast restaurant is to small for that many guests, but was variates yet traditional. spa and the service was grear, enjoying the view of the harbour logistcs what i dont understand a 4 star hotel without a gym will come back but not on full price

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern, but Feels soulless. Not a luxury experience really, we stayed in the family room. Seems mad it has facilities to heat up food yet no plates or cutlery. The fridge is, understandably a mini bar, but it’s tiny in a huge cavity- would make more sense to have a full size fridge so you can actually use it! Could just about fit a carton of milk and some strawberries in there;l. Coffee machine only, no way to make other hot drinks. Got given odd flip flops. Everything is touch screen controls; which if you are with small children is a nightmare as they just keep pressing them all 😆

Mysigt hotell med bra aktiviteter (shuffleboard, biljard, dart och karaokerum) på O Learys och alternativ mat de andra två restaurangerna. Värt med Deluxe rum med havsutsikt och balkong. Genomtänkt helt enkelt. Lite ny personal, men god insats från dem. Bra frukost med extra gott kaffe och the. Sammanfattning: Väl värt ett besök och nära till parkering och tågstation

Rummet (sviten?) var väldigt fint, fräscht, stort med sittgrupp och balkong. Mycket bekväm och stor säng med sköna kuddar. Älskade att det var svalt (kallt), någon annan hade kanske tyckt att det var kyligt. Finns säkert något ställe att reglera detta på men för mig var det perfekt. Ofta är det för varmt på hotellrum i m o. Lite reflektioner: Hade varit bra med någon typ av bruksanvisning på rummet för hur vissa saker fungerar. Lyckades t e x inte klura ut hur lamporna funkade utan fick ha antingen släckt eller tänt via en panel. När de var släckta för natten funkade inte heller sänglamporna utan jag fick lysa med min telefon. Även teven var ett mysterium, hittade inget att titta på utan att logga in via min telefon och det tog tid innan jag lyckades (är ända ganska skärmvan). I badrummet borde det finnas en golvskrapa, om man duschar i golvduschen blir det massor av vatten på golvet och detta fick man torka upp med handduk och vrida ur.

Mycket barnsjukdomar på det här hotellet. Trots att vi bokat spa fanns inte någon tid på em bara på kvällen eller dagen efter. Systemet med chromecast funkade inte trots personalens hjälp. Varför detta krångliga system ist f vanliga kanaler. Bra frukost men trångt, många fick sitta i receptionen och äta. Vi bytte rum och blev kompenserade.

Jättebra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta. Fint rum med fantastisk utsikt, rent och fräscht. Men tråkigt att det inte fanns ”svenska tv kanaler” och det gick inte att använda tv utan att streama från egen mobil. Krångligt med lampor som ska tändas och justeras på rummet digitalt med knappar. Allt detta drar ner betyget ordentligt, tyvärr.

Skønt hotel. Dejligt standard værelse med fint toilet med brus. Effektiv aircondition. Eneste minus var ingen vinduer at åbne. Den dejligste morgenbuffét med næsten alt og med god kvalitet. Skøn spa der kunne tilkøbes billigt ved overnatning på 9.etage med udsigt over havn og by og solnedgang på den ene side
