Unpleasant Experience
we had a very unpleasant experience. There was a huge leak from the toilet upstairs into our bathroom. Very stinky. We spoke to the manager to get another apartment and they said that it was full. We had to leave in the middle of our vacation and we didn't get full refund of our payment.

I chose this resort due to reviews. I was disappointed. The pool was not cleaned of leaves daily, trash on the property and in the parking lot was disgusting (including a jar of pickles that was on the lawn the whole five days I was there and a pair of underwear for two days that staff definitely walked by multiple times), the floors in the room had a film on them that would leave muddy footprints in the shower, the lights were minimal in the room so I couldn’t read at night, the breakfast area was hot and too small for many people to sit in, wires were showing on outside lights, small bugs plagued my side table, and each day my room didn’t get freshened up until after four.

This place was great. There was an issue with the blinds so they moved us but other than that everything was great! We are disappointed with Expedia though. We paid in full online when we booked through Expedia but when we checked in we were charged an additional fee. The staff said that they have notified Expedia about this additional charge before but they have not corrected it online yet. We chose this spot because of the low cost with a high rating.

I did not stay the last day that I had reserved. I notified the motel mgt. 2 days prior that I would not be staying that last day due to an illness of a friend. They would NOT refund my money . I picked this motel because they advertised a refund(cancellation) policy of 1 day prior to arrival.
