Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom. No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either. Great Loaction. Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in.
