The Greenleaf took all the inconveniences of skiing in a resort away from me. Overall stay was decent and the staffs were great. Only negative was the cleanliness of the hot spring (onsen). We found poo inside the male onsen and provided the feedback to the hotel. They declined to do Anything about it. We saw the poo inside many days. Insisted that they will only clean the hot springs after the season. This is bad hygiene.
