Campus was beautiful and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was great and the Aggie ice-cream was a nice bonus. Rooms were clean and the price was fair. Water pressure was a little low and the ice machine was not working on our floor but the staff responded promptly and politely when I pointed it out.

The hotel is right on the campus of Utah State University which is really nice. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The room was spotless, Comfortable bed and good linens and towels. Upon arrival you are offered ice cream made on campus and the breakfast is very good. A great value and most importantly, very clean and well kept.

Beautifully nestled in the heart of the USU campus. Room was very clean. No bugs or weird smells. Breakfast is housed on the 5th floor with a great sunrise view. Menu is what you would expect: eggs, waffle machine, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. Vouchers for free Aggie ice cream were a nice surprise. Will stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the ice cream was a nice touch. Be aware that at least this weekend (7/3-7/5) seemed to have a number of small children who were not well behaved or managed by their parents and the noise was a nuisance early in the morning.

Fantastic staff. I watched them greet guests professionally. I watched them problem solve and own the issue and find a satisfactory solution. Only recommendation would be to have a way to provide water bottles as guests are checking out. We heard that asked for 5-6 times by the guests as they were going out into the heat.

Everything was amazing besides they have a pool listed on the available amenities and it is currently under renovations so I could not go swimming with my son. One of the only reasons I wanted to get that hotel but the staff was very nice and helpful the food for breakfast was great. The room was nice and neat and everything was in its place. The shampoo in the bathroom was full overall it was a good stay. I just wish the pool would’ve been listed as not available.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The fireplace and TV in our suite did not work so they accommodated us and moved us to a standard room. The TV still malfunctioned, bathroom fan did not work, but the mattresses were nice. Property is a bit dated and needs mechanical uograding. It’s in a nice and convenient location on campus, and again, staff was very nice.

We have been going to the Inn every June 4th for several years. It is our anniversary and we stayed in Logan on our honeymoon. We love the location, being on campus. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. The views are exceptional on the west side of the Inn. There are some things we wish would happen. The bathroom tub-shower is old. The shower control is extremely difficult to operate for people with weak hands. The room has a desk chair, but is needs another chair to sit on. There is a perfect location in the corner of the room for a nice comfortable chair. One chair forces you to sit on the bed. I prefer sitting in a lounge chair. I understand what would make the Inn more acceptable.

Elevator was acting up stopping and going and doors acting speratic, the drain plug in the bath tub was broke so we had to take it apart to take a bath, and hair on the ceiling and walls. Heater didnt adjust up or down set to 69deg only. The breakfast was exactly the same as you get at motel 6. Asked for a ground floor room at check in and called ahrlead but still got a 4th floor room near the elevator so it was a little noisey put towls under yhr door. The window didnt close all the way so we had noise from the front of the building. We got some ice cream for free. Staff was cool, we got some sleep but not worth $130... the check in desk wasnt clearly marked so we had to call and find out where to walk in.

Overall, it was a great experience. I was visiting USU after 20 years and wanted to show around to my kids the university, our department, housing etc. it was very centrally located in the university and served our purpose. Hotel itself was well maintained and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good as well.

This was a very pleasant stay! The friendliness of the staff, the location right in the middle of Utah State’s campus, and the ice cream made this stay unique and special. The hotel was well taken care of clean and pleasant to be in, even if the structure is had a feel aligned with a university campus building built mid century. Breakfast met expectations for America hotel breakfast , and it could have been my timing, but it didn’t seem to keep up with the demand of much more than a half dozen guests at once.
