Excelente localização, próximo da USP e de supermercado e padaria. Apartamento amplo e bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha, com fogão elétrico, cafeteira de capsula e microondas. A cama não é muito boa, mas para uma pessoa é tranquilo. Lençóis bons. A pia do banheiro, que fica virada para o quarto, exala um mau cheiro terrível, porém, nada que um tapa ralo não resolva, podia ter um disponível, como não tinha, pus papel higiênico.

Localização excelente, apartamento excelente. Entrada no prédio péssima. O endereço do anúncio era diferente da entrada principal, o Face ID não funcionou, funcionária avisou que só funcionaria depois de um mês hospedado. Apartamento estava com prenota da pia pingando e o fogão com dificuldade de ligar.

Quarto limpo, no entanto o colchão estava todo deformado, não condizente com o resto do quarto. O contato pelo Whatsapp também é demorado e não resolvem os problemas. O sistema de abertura das portas pela imagem também não funciona. Quarto extremamente barulhento. Não fizeram o isolamento acústico necessário. A única vantagem é a localização perto da estação de metrô.
