Not the “esterel” I knew before
Been there 10 times at least. Always liked all the kindness and the little extra of the resort. But I was disappointed this time. Not as clean, staff seems to not care about you. I get that ita covid time, but you can’t be asking to pay full night price if half of the amenities are close.

The hotel is well located, the view on the lake is amazing. The room was big and quite comfortable although I would have appreciated a more coosy bed (more pillows,, more blanket, etc). The cleanliness of the room could have been better though ( there were hairs around the toilet when we arrived). Also, the state of the furniture is disappointing : the top of the coffee table in our room was in pretty bad shape, the Transat were ripping apart, etc. Finally, the service was either super slow or non existant. We wanted more coffee and had to call 3 times and when we needed a wine bottle opener, they just told us to come downstairs, and when I Pointe doit I was in my PJ, they said they would send someone but no one ever came... This is a great hotel with great potential, but the details in service and room could be improved.

Family fun!!!
The rooms were clean ... thought the couch had a mattress bed underneath but it was part of the couch with the pillows that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Kids found hard .. the rest was nice.. Peddle boat ride was fun but over priced. No sidewalks to walk safely on the streets ... beautiful modern room thank you

Hotel is old and dated with some upgrades that look nice from far but really are cheaply done. Moody smell throughout indoor gym, sauna and shower area. Pools outside are really dated and not a chair to be found anywhere to sit outside. Views are absolutely beautiful but we found the property really wasn’t well maintained. The room was nice but nothing more. Old couch, old carpet, didn’t feel particularly clean. All in all I wouldn’t go back here again. The best part about this hotel is definitely their Amerispa, which is obviously run by a separate company cause it’s clean and gorgeous.

Couples retreat
It was amazing, beds a little hard for our taste but rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Outdoors nordic spas were great but no bathrooms close...thats a bummer. Also the restaurant rok was really good but we had reservations for 930 and the waitress was very clear that they were closing the kitchen at 10...we were rushed. Overall lesterel was a great trip!!!

Super love our stay. We took some photos lots of photos! You can see everyone enjoys from kids to adults. They have like a theatre-like to watcha movie, a, game room, unlimited ice from the ice machine..very nice and friendly staff.. I am amazed with this hotel first one that Ive ever seen. Very nice place to spend some time with family or just a couple date! The first floor has the jacuzzi outside which is so hard to get. I hope next stay there will be one of the lake view with jacuzzi rooms. And we’d love to try summer time.. would be another interesting experience to look forward to!
