Great little town
The lift to the glacier paradise was closed due to high winds on the morning we had it scheduled so we didn’t get to see it and the kids were a little sad. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Walking distance to the main station and to all the stores, cafes, restaurants in Zermatt. Rooms are very comfortable, modern. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Good breakfast choices. However, the walls must be very thin because the noises from the other guests / guest’s rooms were constant. I had to ask several time the guest to keep it quiet because it was very disturbing and could not get any sleep. I would suggest that upon check in the hotel staff should remind the guest to keep it quiet. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff but because of the other guest I left the hotel tired due to the lack of sleep, rest.
