Great place, great stay! The staff was very helpful and courteous. They made it a point to explain hotel was under renovation which you could tell as you walked around. It’s coming along very nicely! The sinking pool was on point and very clean. Our room was cool upon entering it and very comfortable. Could hand used a softer bed lol but all was good! We will Definitely come back! Great job Lubbock Regency staff!!

The hotel premises have gotten old . It is very well located, right on the Lubbock loop, the staff is really amazing and go out of their way to help you out given the current liability situation with the retain heat from the inner rtooms when the A/C units are turned OFF. The heat from the exhaust coming out of the rooms facing on the inside of the hotels and completely retained the generated heat which in turn makes the staff job very difficult because they just can not stop sweating all day long and can be very uncomfortable to perform their jobs and hence help out the paying customers. However, there are signs the a full renovastion is coming and will sooon see the much needed changes that the Hotel demands.

The floors walls and shower were filthy. The bed was ok. The common area was pretty well maintained and the staff were always nice. The price was super cheap but I’m still not sure I’d stay again with the cleanliness as bad as it was.

Where I stayed on 3 floor seemed like some renovations going on Staff checked me in promptly used elevator pretty nice no shower chair but bathroom looked fine everything worked fine.Comfortable bed, curtain in need of replacement.Good air and heat not overly noisey ,great view from 3 rd floor toward the south loop 289.easy access from southwest of building.For the price one of the most economical probably would stay their again if I needed a place in Lubbock.Had the complementary coffee not bad it helped LOL!!

The room was reasonably clean. The floor had a little residue from not wringing the mop sufficiently (mopping too wet), which is very common. The mattress needed to be turned or replaced. The fridge froze everything, and changing the temperature control didn't help. All that needs to be kept in perspective, since this is a very reasonably priced hotel. On the positive side, the microwave worked well, the tv worked, and the shower was nice. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Overall, we were satisfied because we were able to rest just fine.
