Very bright, new, modern hotel, lots of seating in the entrance/bar/restaurant. Room clean and spacious for a budget hotel. Absolutely only tiny quibbles would be that there is no comfy seat in the room and that the shower is just behind a glass door in the room, so no privacy if you're staying with someone who is not your partner (but then it was a double room, not a twin. My room was on the motorway side but I couldn't hear any noise at all - very good noise insulation. Had a Bavarian potato soup in the restaurant, which was really nice. Would very happily stay again.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This is a brand new hotel and I was looking forward to the stay - but there is an entire section of the hotel where the aircon does not work. No one at the reception is ready to help, they have no fans, no backup, and don’t even have keys to the window. The room was so stuffy that in the middle of the night we had the change hotels. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had - avoid at all costs. Edit: they also said they have no rooms left to move us, but on their website and on other platforms I can see 7 rooms available. The guy at the receptions was completely lying and totally incompetent in my humble opinion. Absolutely ridiculous. Only positive was that the manager was actually helpful and after 1 hour arguing in the middle of the night found the keys to the window. Absolutely terrible experience..!!

The overall cleanness of the room is great. The staffs are friendly and 24 hours of reception service is helpful given the quality of German Railroad service. However, there are not many items (Coffee, tea, kettle, working desk, etc) being provided in the room with the price paid. The breakfast selection is basic but with good food quality though. The location is not within the walkable distance to the airport and requires public transportation or hotel shuttle service. Part of the elevator of the connection bridge to the bus / train station is not working properly during my check-in, but this cannot be blamed to the hotel. A 10 min walk to the station requires passing through an open land and this can get really messy if it rains heavily. I would recommend this place for those who doesn't want to take a chance on the railroad / bus service if their flight is in the morning, or who need a rest at hotel after picking up the rental car.

Alldeles nyöppnat hotell med allt vad det innebär. Rum och övriga faciliteter var naturligtvis i fantastiskt skick. Av det naturliga skälet blir också all personal nyanställd och huvuddelen av dessa verkar haft obefintlig till begränsad erfarenhet av yrket sedan tidigare. Vilket i sin tur medförde kaotisk incheckning samt måltids och barservering. Men de gjorde sitt bästa och ambitionen hos personalen var beundransvärd. De kommer att kom till rätta med sina inkörningsproblem, men jag skulle ge det ett halvår.
