Everything was amazing apart from the breakfast.the first day when we went down and asked for a waffle,the kitchen staff was rude and refused to make it. The question was if they dint want to make it why did they have the big sign outside saying “ask for fried eggs,waffles and pancakes” The second day there was hardly any pastries or croissants to eat.

I liked the reception staff and their courtesy and professionalism. Cookie on check-in was a nice touch and was delicious too. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't like that there was a diagonal pillar across the window in our room and I didn't like that I could not plug my laptop into the tv using an HDMI cable; it seemed to be blocked which is quite pointless.
