You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. Then we had to walk 10 min back toward Vauxhall (luggage in tow!) to the building. The building itself is right outside of the train station, which was super convenient, but the key pick up was not.
The host was very responsive and we eventually agreed to leave the key inside the apartment when we checked out.
Our flat had a glass door separator for the bedroom. It was essentially a studio. It had a glass table in the dining room, and 2 in the living room. And a glass shelf bookcase. Thankfully we were all adults, but I could see that being a problem with little kids. Or drunken adults.
There is no air conditioning, though there is a balcony.
The bedding and pillows were super cheap and thin. We received exactly 3 thin bath towels. No hand towels or bath mats.
The listing shows images from all of their apartments, so it's really hard to tell what you will specifically get. Not sure I would stay there again.
