O serviço dos colaboradores foi excelente. Nos ajudaram com as bagagens, nos indicaram facilidades pela região e, principalmente, nos forneceram a alimentação vegana que solicitamos no café da manhã. Por outro lado, as condições do hotel não estão muito boas. A cobertura, onde fica a piscina, tinha poucas comodidades e estava suja. Vimos uma barata. A cama do hotel deu dor nas costas. O sabonete e as toalhas eram de baixa qualidade. A estrutura do hotel está velha.
