Could have been better.
While the hotel was very clean and the location is great, a few things were missing which definitely made us feel like we wouldn’t return here next trip. First, the coffee at breakfast was really bad. Like really bad. Secondly, they had fresh coconut only on weekends! That’s rather silly for a hotel as good as this. The scrambled eggs were dry. The croissants were dry, and didn’t feel fresh at all. Having said that, the French toast, pan cakes and Japanese style waffles were among the best I’ve had. Another problem which can easily be fixed, the pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable. No cushion, just a steel and cane chair which made it fairly unpleasant. Also, taking two lifts down was a bit annoying if you needed to step down to grab something. The hotel was kind enough to give us an early check in and a small upgrade and that was appreciated very much. However, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The staff at the conceirge were extremely nice and helpful.

Elegant and comfortable
Beautiful hotel, room was upgraded to corner room with the view, the hotel has many amenities right down stairs such as coffee shop and restaurant also 7-11 and Boots. The Restaurant has a beautiful view it’s located on the 24th Floor and it has a nice gym and pool.

Excellent hotel with great location and services
We booked a king size premium and got upgraded to a corner suite. Complimentary fruits every day. Turn down service every night. Infinity pool view but a pity we did not get to use it. Gym facilities and equipment are enough for hotel gym rats. Our friends passed a bag of stuff for us and it was brought up to our room. We are very impressed by the service level and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
Great sized room (we chose the corner room and the views on both sides was so worth it), top class amenities including a Japanese WC , an amazing comfortable bed , one of the best buffet breakfast and opposite the metro / subway station. What else can you ask for ! I just hope they had more options for airport pickup and drops besides the Merc so more guests can choose else it is slightly expensive.
