I would highly recommend this spot. It was clean and quiet with covered parking. The pool is very nice with lots and lots of comfortable seating. The gym has everything you need. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need in the kitchen. Host was very communicative and responded quickly. Only minor downside are the steps, they are plentiful but views from apartment are kinda worth it.

Went to the leasing office but they’re unable to help with checking in. They gave the 3rd floor and had to carry heavy suitcases and bags up to the 3rd floor using the stairs. The floor was dirty and hair everywhere. I definitely will not coming back.

The unit should have been ready at 4pm, but was not ready until 5pm. We had to wait until they were done, but it was extremely uncomfortable as the cleaners were arguing in the parking lot wasting time. There were several maintenance issues like missing blinds, door latches, and unattached door hinges, that I didn't have time to attend to as a guest and not a formal resident. The unit was not secure as the large window was open to the world. The brackets were there but no blinds. The host simply told me that he was told by the cleaner that the unit was ready. There is no real property management going on and no reliable maintenance, FYI so it's a grab bag. You may get an ok unit and you may not. Sorry i'm not an exhibitionist and I didn't pay hundreds of dollars to be somewhere with a sheet over the window. It stank of perfume and no disinfectant. Animals are allowed and you can tell. The maintenance issues don't seem to take priority to bookings so beware! The host was unprofessional at best and we were given a full refund and able to book another place.
