We were caught in the cyclone & could not get out of the area for several days. Charlie the manager, was exceptionally pleasant, helpful & professional. Great attitude considering the circumstances! Highly recommend this beautiful location and the exceptional service!

This place was quite wonderful! Across from a lovely beach park where you can walk for miles. Lots of restaurants nearby, downtown is about 500 m away. And the staff were awesome. Would go back for sure.

Thank you Shoteline Motel for helping me with my last minute travel changes. Their service is outstanding. They were kind and friendly, they were very helpful when I had any questions and they were quick to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend their motel based on service alone. But they also had clean big suites and an ideal location that made it very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, stores and the downtown area.

Needs some TLC!
Not what i was expecting for $200+ a night. Found a mark (blood?) on the door before even entering our room, mentioned to reception and a cleaner who were surprised they'd missed it. On entering i made the decision to keep at least socks on, carpet really needs a clean! Sadly this room on the ground floor needs some TLC. If it was $150 a night I'd take it as it is but asking over $200 id expect it to be a little better presented. Staff are friendly and views are great but room was lacking.
