    Whenever I look on hotels.com I always search a hotel with a the (pool filter option) to have the option of swimming. I love to swim early in the morning before the sun comes & covers the pool. My only suggestion for this particular Hotel is to clean the pool a little earlier because I like to jump in and swim early in the morning. Besides that, everything was great. They even have a car rental office on site which I used satisfactorily.

    Customer service was quite poor. I called down and asked for something, staff never followed through on their promise to help me. I also had a friend helping with luggage upon arrival and departure, who was not only harassed for helping me, but I was contacted incessantly about their presence, AND I was charged for having an "extra guest". This person was never in the hotel for over an hour at a time helping me. This hotel is not somewhere I would recommend for non-Peruvians. The level of English spoken by staff is intermediate at best. The room I booked was "with a view" but the only thing out my window was a football pitch and some llamas eating grass. You pay a lot of extra money for nothing more than some landscaping, definitely not for the service.

    Beautiful hotel with exceptional swimming pool and delicious breakfast but the door locks make a huge sound when closing the door. The doors slams from neighboring rooms every time someone goes in and out, making it difficult to a sleep. What a shame because everything else is perfect.

    Not the Wyndam you expect

    Keep your valuables safe. Even with a do not disturb sign they still enter your room daily to check the mini bar. The pool gets overrun with local kids on the weekends. Nowhere else to stay.
