The car park is in a very bad situation... too many cars over each park. Very limited n tired conditions. Wanted to stay on but check out early. The staff were nice.

Nothing I liked about the hotel. The parking itself was a big put off. Managed by a third party so you have to pay RM10 but not guaranteed of a parking lot because it's only one floor at the basement. If you come later and there isn't parking, cars are just parked back to back till they spill to the entrance. You have to give your car keys to those managing the parking and they would remove the vehicles. The location isn't safe if you're staying with a family. If you plan to drive around instead of using public transportation, this hotel is not one for you. The amenities are limited, room is congested (mine was a family room but so cramped, there was water on the wooden floor, scratches on the floor too, no bath shampoo, the air cond was super freezing and couldn't be switched off) the list goes on and on.... won't come back here at all. Travelodge KL City Centre is a far cry from Travelodge Ipoh ( I enjoyed my stay at the latter)

Good location. Clean, Comfortable beds, great shower. If there were any issues with our room this was sorted straight away. Didnt like how we were offered to amend the booking before a certain date as booked well in advance and that is why we booked through expedia but when we tried to change check out dates this was not available & paid via voucher so lost a nights stay, as our plans changed. Will not book another travel lodge again.

Excellent location for shopping and transit. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. The River of Life is only 6 min on foot. The KOGO purple bus is 2 min walk from hotel. It's a good hotel if you like to stay in the Chinatown area.

Great Location.
Whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur, Travelodge City Centre is my first choice.because of its location. It is about 5 to 7 minutes walk to Chinatown, f&b outlets are available 24/7 and the Pasar Seni MRT station is just at the back. I have always found the Frontline staff very friendly and helpful. However, for this trip, the counter staff seems to have changed. Previously, the counter staff helped me book Grab to various destinations. However, this trip, the counter staff said she cannot do it. I wonder whether this is a policy of the hotel. The day duty Security Officer is someone who is very approachable and helpful. Each trip I will get to see him smiling and helping with luggages, etc. Really appreciate him.
