A deserted house in the middle of nowhere it was a abandoned house with no communication with the owner I was left with no. Accommodation for the stay. And to be blunt on my birthday a total scam. Be very aware of this property if you are looking to book it I found out when booking a replacement hotel that I was not the first person to be scammed ther are reputable hotels near by

Extremely poor communication from the host. We then found out that the property gate code and lockbox code was only to be released after paying a large deposit. Communication only takes place via message, which takes ages. Although the room was tidy, it did smell rather musty. The property itself was in need of a tidy up. The garden was unkempt and the was litter scattered around everywhere. The breakfast advertised was non existent as there was no one tending to the property. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I want to first start by saying how completely and utterly disgusted we are with the disappointing experience that we had at your property yesterday. We arrived at the property to find no check in details, despite several requests for these. The lack of communication since taking my payment is lapse and unprofessional on your part. We found the property to be in severe disarray, not in any way as described and not as it had been photographed, these were clearly old stock photographs used in the advertisement. We have taken our own photographs all around the outside of the property to support our case. We waited for over an hour for the check in details along with another person who was clearly as upset and frustrated as we are. The prior communication stated that check in details would arrive at 3.45pm. We stood at this neglected, filthy property amongst the rubbish until after 5pm, we even saw a rat! I can’t express enough how this awful experience has ruined a long planned weekend, the fact that we had to find a legitimate hotel at very short notice and pay an above average price as result. We spoke to a neighbour of the property who said it is a scam and it has happened a lot, they have people knocking their door all the time. They said it used to be a reputable business.
