I did not love that I couldn't control the AC. It was either on at a certain temp, or I had to unplug it to have it off. I was also disappointed that the fridge was not turned on for me before I arrived and I had to plug it in myself. The fridge and the microwave were not able to be plugged in at the same time. the cleanliness was great. The pillow quality was very poor. They were very lumpy and need to be replaced. The service I received at the front desk was excellent. Clearly the people who work here care and do a good job, but the facilities they actually have to work with are lacking.

Nice spot - breakfast a dissapointment
Air conditioning in the room was amazing. Room was NYC sized so all good. The only real issue was the breakfast. They kept on running out of food, and plate and everything!
