It is a wonderful hotel with a great lady at the front reception by the name of Clarisse. Very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff is very friendly but many not at par with what I would expect from a Rosewood. Some speak poor English. Room service often does not answer the calls. TVs in the room are not smart.
