The property is a traditional ryokan which is a bit of fun. At first is appears to be in a difficult location for English speakers but once you know where the bus goes to and from it is quite convienent. However, you do need to be prepared to eat from the seven eleven in the evenings as a lot of the restaurants close super early and the ryokan does not provide meals. T(there is a great sushi ya next to the 7/11) The staff team were very helpful. We had left our passports at our previous hotel and they arranged for them to be posted to us. Additionally, there was a lot of rain and when we returned drenched from head to foot we were given paper to stuff into our shoes to help dry them and coat hangers to hang up our sopping wet coats. They will also come pick you up from goes station. Message them early and they will provide a WhatsApp number so you can tell them when you arrive in case you miss your train or a running late. Overall I think if looking for a traditional experience this is a great little place. Btw shared bathroom.. but it’s just out the door and only a few guests

A nice place to stay for a traditional Japanese inn experience. Room and shared bathroom were clean. Onsen was nice. The inn is walkable from town but it is easiest to take a bus- the road is steep and winding, and the alternative stairs are tricky to climb.

Beau Ryokan bien situé mais un peu cher quand même. On peut privatiser le Onsen pour 50mn ce qui est bien, mais dormir par terre sur un Futon c’est bien qu’une seule nuit lol
