Everything was great, only "complaint" was the material the couch was made of was deteriorating significantly and needed to be replaced but everything else was excellent!

Worse place to stay in Satiango, dirty apartment.
Service is shady... be careful... room is dirty and stain all over the place. Towels with blood stain. Hair in the Bathroom. Will never stay or recommend. We left the apartment the same night and when to other place.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
It was nice, pleasant, and comfortable. If you don't speak fluent Spanish, make sure you have a voice input/output translator app on your mobile device such as the "Google Translate" app so that you can communicate with the front desk staff, managers, and housekeeping staff, most of whom didn't speak any English. On the last day of my stay in Santiago de Chile, the app proved so useful in my communication with the man at the front desk that he asked me to show him how to download the app onto his phone!

Simple and comfortable if you are travelling solo
Chose this "hotel" mainly for its proximity to my business meetings, and the location was good in general. The room was OK and so was the cleanliness (the maid cleaned every day). It was very quiet, which was a relief. However, the daily rate ($100) was a bit expensive for it being a 3* appartment, as you can find proper 4* hotels for almost the same price. The breakfast was terrible with almost no choice, so I recommend eating elsewhere. Moreover, no one spoke a word of English (or any language other than Spanish), which was rather surprising and disappointing (especially if you needed something).
