This was our first trip to Bali and we couldn't fault Koenokoeni Villa. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or Seminyak Village. Lovely quiet clean private villas - perfect for when you want to get away from the tooting and noise of the streets. The staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had massages at our villa everyday of our holiday. Highly recommend. Our stay was perfect.

It was an okay place. Not 5star hotel.
The hotel was not overall bad. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The bathrooms were not really that clean, and the maintenance of the room was subpar. The pool had a light that was burnt, and they said they were going to change it and never did. Food was awful, would NOT recommend to eat there, there are plenty of options nearby that are good, or you can easily order a grab. The hotel had a shuttle that drops you off nearby. However, when we tried to request it the second day, supposedly the driver was not there. We requested it twice, once at around 11am, and the other one around 2pm. I was told the driver has not arrived to the hotel yet, but I was frustrated because why would you offer a service to then not be available. Overall Its not a bad place, but its definitely not a 5star hotel. Closer to 2.5/3stars. Having the pool outside was nice, but overall the rooms are not well maintained. They give you a little kit with insect repellent, some toothbrush etc, which was a nice touch
