Great location, very clean and comfortable
We were very impressed by our 3-day stay. It began with a warm welcome from Zam who took us up to our room and explained all the amenities and offered us any help we might need. The Quest is very conveniently located and quiet and our 1-br apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. We felt that it would be also be a great place to stay for longer periods as everything you might need was provided. The best recommendation we could make is that we would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rotorua.

Very convenient location, close to cafes and eateries. Very warm and genuine welcome at check in - one of the best I've experienced in any type of accommodation. Room was comfortable and clean. The only thing that could be improved would be having an extractor fan in the bathroom.
